I'm an artist, designer, photographer, and vacation-rental host with a passion for creating spaces that people remember.

My journey began long before vacation rentals. I was born in the United States and grew up in Iran in a medical family. Because my father was a doctor, our family moved and traveled frequently, allowing me to experience many different cities, towns, landscapes, climates, cultures, and communities.

Growing up this way gave me something I value deeply today: an appreciation for how different places make people feel.

I experienced different types of architecture, construction, materials, interiors, hospitality, and ways of living. I also developed a love for travel, hiking, meeting people, and discovering what makes each place special.

I have a Bachelor of Fine Arts and have spent years working with graphic design, photography, painting, and interior design. As an artist, I naturally look at spaces differently. I don't believe every vacation rental should look the same.

From art to hospitality

After years of designing and creating spaces for myself, I realized I could combine everything I love — art, design, travel, and hospitality — to create something meaningful for other people.

I started with two of my own vacation-rental properties.

Instead of creating spaces that simply looked like another house, I designed them to feel unique, intentional, and memorable. I wanted guests to walk through the door and immediately feel that they were somewhere special.

The response was incredible.

Guests loved the design, the atmosphere, and the little details that made their stay different. They took photos, made memories, enjoyed time together, and often told us how much the space contributed to their experience.

That was the moment I knew I had found my passion.

Creating more than a beautiful rental

Today, I help vacation-rental owners transform properties into distinctive experiences that guests remember and want to talk about.

Many properties have beautiful furniture and all the basic amenities, but still struggle to stand out. In a competitive vacation-rental market, simply having a nice house isn't always enough.

My approach is different.

I look at a property through an artist's eyes. I look beyond the walls and furniture and ask:

• What can make this place special?
• What will guests remember?
• What will make them want to take photos?
• What will make them feel connected to the destination?
• What will make them choose this property instead of the next one?
• And, just as importantly, what can make the property a stronger investment for its owner?

Design + Co-Hosting + Hospitality

My work has grown from interior design into full vacation-rental support and co-host management.

I work with owners to understand their property, their goals, and their vision. I'm a good listener, and I believe the best results come from collaboration. Together, we find a way to bring the property's potential to life.

From interior design and styling to vacation-rental setup, guest experience, and ongoing management, my goal is to make the process as professional and seamless as possible.

I also carefully select properties that I believe have the potential to become successful vacation rentals with the right design, strategy, and management.

For owners, that means creating a property that can perform as a smart investment.

For guests, it means creating a place where they can relax, connect, explore, celebrate, and make memories.

My vision

I believe a vacation rental should be more than a place to sleep.

It should be part of the journey.

It should reflect the character of its location, give guests something they can't get anywhere else, and create those little moments that become part of the story they take home with them.

Travel has always been a huge part of my life. I love discovering new places, hiking, meeting people, experiencing different cultures, and seeing how design and hospitality come together in different parts of the world.

Now, I get to combine all of those passions into my work.
